- Confirm access, lockbox, gate codes, pets, and seller contact details.
- Turn on lights, open blinds, clear counters, hide trash cans, and move cars from the driveway.
- Identify must-show features, neighborhood/location context, and any seller priorities.
- Flag weather-sensitive needs such as drone, waterfront, exterior amenities, twilight, or acreage.
- Confirm MLS/listing timeline so rush needs and add-ons are scoped before the shoot.
